GUNG HAY FAT CHOI from BACK ON THE BIKE Riding Apparel. What a wonderful New Year we celebrated on Saturday February 9, 2008. We placed lettuce and a red envelope above our showroom, and the Lion danced for us accompanied by the Drum, the Gong, and the Cymbal . In time with the instruments, he bowed and charged to the rythm, his menacing head and rainbow tail creating an awsome spectacle. Finally, he leaped up and ate the lettuce and the red envelope, throwing the shredded lettuce into the Showroom through the open door, and granting luck and prosperity in the New Year.
