Of course, when riding in Vegas, we must cruise the Strip on the iron horse.

TAKING NECKSOX FOR A TEST RIDE

I packed a NECKSOX for the trip. I knew riding in the desert would be a great place to take a NECKSOX for a test ride. I was protected from the sun, wind, and the chill of the night air. I was also able to snap a self-portrait.

RIDING COMPANIONS

We shared The Ride through the Red Rock Canyon with a few other motorcycle enthusiasts.

THE HOOVER DAM AT DUSK

We rode out to the Hoover Dam. Not only did I enjoy the ride out to the Dam, but I was also able to practice landscape photography while taking in the sunset.

ALL THAT GLITTERS IS GLASS

Do you recognize in which Las Vegas hotel this picture was taken, and the artist that created the hand blown glass on the ceiling? The organic nature of the colours and forms of the blown glass on the ceiling is juxtaposed with the precise, cut, mirrored glass mosaic on the horse. Spectacular.

GUNG HAY FAT CHOI IN LAS VEGAS

My production assistant and I arrived in Las Vegas for GUNG HAY FAT CHOI.

Magoo still wants the rest of the lettuce.

Still hungry, Magoo turned his attention to the lettuce on the ground outside!

MR. MAGOO AND THE LETTUCE

Then my french bulldog, Mr. Magoo decided he loved the taste of lettuce, and ate it up.

GUNG HAY FAT CHOI

GUNG HAY FAT CHOI from BACK ON THE BIKE Riding Apparel. What a wonderful New Year we celebrated on Saturday February 9, 2008. We placed lettuce and a red envelope above our showroom, and the Lion danced for us accompanied by the Drum, the Gong, and the Cymbal . In time with the instruments, he bowed and charged to the rythm, his menacing head and rainbow tail creating an awsome spectacle. Finally, he leaped up and ate the lettuce and the red envelope, throwing the shredded lettuce into the Showroom through the open door, and granting luck and prosperity in the New Year.
