RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with what you‘ve ordered, so please let us know if something is not right. BACK ON THE BIKE accepts unworn and unwashed merchandise returns within 30 days of purchase either in the showroom or online. An original receipt must accompany the returned items. Refunded monies will be given using the same method of payment as the original purchase. The money refunded will be the exact same amount as was used to purchase the item. If you indicate that the item was a gift, we reserve the right to offer a price adjusted to match any sale prices on the item within the past 30 days.

For hygienic reasons, we regret that we are unable to refund or exchange any undergarments or items of intimate apparel.

For items that don‘t fit, we offer either a refund as outlined above, or a one time sizing adjustment to better meet your needs.

You are responsible for all shipping and handling costs involved when making a return.

COUPONS OR DISCOUNT CARDS
BACK ON THE BIKE coupons or discount cards are redeemable only for BACK ON THE BIKE merchandise as indicated on the coupon or discount card. Coupons and discount cards have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash. BACK ON THE BIKE limits the use of discounts to one coupon or discount card per item, unless either outlined by the discount terms or a special sale. BACK ON THE BIKE accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced coupons or discount cards.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
BACK ON THE BIKE gift certificates are valid for a period of one (1) year. Gift certificates are redeemable for merchandise only, and may be restricted according to the terms on the certificate. Gift certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value. BACK ON THE BIKE accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced gift certificates.

ORDER SHIPPING STATUS
Please contact BACK ON THE BIKE if you would like to check the status of an order that you have previously placed. If you provide us with the date of your order, the order number, and the total dollar amount of your order in Canadian dollars, we will inform you of the current shipping status of your order.

DELIVERY WINDOW
BACK ON THE BIKE constructs the items for your order as quickly as the current workload allows. You are usually informed when you order of approximate shipping and arrival dates. If you do not receive your order within that window, please feel free to contact us to enquire as to the current shipping status of your order.

CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER
Due to BACK ON THE BIKE‘s quick delivery efforts, the Company is unable to change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. If you decide to change or cancel an order, please notify BACK ON THE BIKE by either email or phone and we will advise you of the order‘s shipping status.

SHIPPING LOCATION
BACK ON THE BIKE is pleased to serve customers across North America and will ship to any location within both Canada and the United States. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once your order package crosses the border into your country. BACK ON THE BIKE will neither collect duties and import taxes or predict what they might be for your order. You are responsible for all import taxes and duties for your order.

ADDRESS VALIDATION
To ensure your packages are delivered to the correct address quickly, we compare the address you entered to the U.S. Postal Services (USPS) database of valid address. That way, we can help identify and correct any typos or errors in the address you entered. If we find a mis-match, we will show you the errors USPS found and ask you either to accept the recommended changes or correct the address. While we recommend you accept the changes recommended by USPS, we do give you the option to keep the address as you entered it, in case you are sure the address you entered is correct. When we check the address with USPS, we also add the +4 digits to your zip code to ensure fast delivery.

SHIPPING CARRIERS
BACK ON THE BIKE tries to select the most efficient and cost effective shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that BACK ON THE BIKE most frequently uses are the Canadian Postal Services, UPS, and FedEx.

PRICING
All BACK ON THE BIKE merchandise is offered for sale in Canadian Dollars. For orders originating from the United States, the sale price is processed before 5:00 PM PST according to the exchange rate of the day of purchase. For orders placed after 5:00 PM, the sales price will be processed at the following work day‘s exchange rate. If you would like to know the final price in your currency, please contact us.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
In the store, BACK ON THE BIKE accepts payments made in cash, by cheque, by debit card, and by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. The Back in the Bike store also accepts gift certificates. For online orders, BACK ON THE BIKE accepts payment only by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If you wish to purchase some merchandise but don‘t want to use your credit card and can‘t visit the showroom, please contact us to make other arrangements such as mailing in your order with a certified cheque. Please do not mail cash to BACK ON THE BIKE.

SIZING
BACK ON THE BIKE customizes our clothing merchandise in an effort to achieve a perfect and comfortable fit for you every time. For sizing decisions, please consult our Size Chart located on selected product pages. The Size Chart measures in inches. For those of you who like to measure in centimeters, 1 inch equals 2.54 cm.

LEAVING YOUR SHOPPING CART
Your Shopping Cart will keep track of your order for the duration of a single visit to BACK ON THE BIKE‘s website. However, please be aware that if you leave BACK ON THE BIKE‘s website, the Shopping Cart will not maintain your orders and you will have to re-enter your orders when you return to the website. If you leave BACK ON THE BIKE‘s website after placing an order in your Shopping Cart but not completing the purchase, the item remains available to other customers and it is possible that BACK ON THE BIKE might sell the item to another customer before you return. We apologize for any inconvenience this technical detail might cause.
